Graphic Designer
San Juan, PR or Richmond, VA

Our Marketing and Business Development team seeks an articulate and enthusiastic Graphic Designer team member to aid in the design and execution of architectural design proposals, awards submissions, and marketing materials. The selected candidate will work with the Partners, Directors, Marketing, and BD team to develop proposals and align graphics for the New York, San Juan and Richmond, VA offices.



 



Responsibilities Include:



- Responsibility will include long document production (sometimes 200pp+) for Request for Proposal (RFP) response and competitive award submissions, including coordinating and assembling detailed information from various sources into one document, and coordinating printing + distribution.



- Responsibility will include providing design team support to create presentations for project or pursuit interviews or similar; including creation of slide presentation in PowerPoint or InDesign, creation of custom graphics, completing client or project research, written summary of key points for interviewees to know from RFP + research.



- Occasional responsibilities may include website updates and maintenance.



- Responsibility will include working with the Business Development and Marketing team members to build and maintain a firm information database. Required tasks might include collecting, organizing, and archiving data on current pursuits and historical projects.



 



Desired Experience:



- Bachelor of Communication Design or equivalent is required.



- The ideal candidate will have demonstrable abilities to visually express complex ideas and solve problems graphically, and excellent communications and writing skills, strong organization, and time management habits, and will work well independently and collaboratively, in alignment with Marvel’s established brand.



- Expert level professional experience in Adobe CC (InDesign and InCopy) and Preflight print production are required, able to produce files following rigorous use of stylesheets and standards.



- The ideal candidate is in the San Juan, PR or the Richmond, VA area, to become an active member of our new office’s growth in the Southeast region.
